  • IT Support - Managed Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, networks and backups in 8 field offices across the United States via remote desktop, instant messaging, and telephone for 100+ staff.
  • Portable LAN Deployment – On-site deployment and management of 80 laptop portable LAN in hotel event spaces to facilitate event registration and fundraising. Managed volunteers’ use of laptops and custom registration website. Diagnosed and repaired wired/wireless LAN connections and quick solutions for hotel interferences.
  • Webmaster: avonwalk.org and needforspeedrelay.org – Supported 10,000+ end-users’ use of the website as a fundraising tool, with 80% of the $15M raised annually coming through online donations. Responded to website customer service in a timely manner. Implemented annual site re-design and new event websites  using Content Management System (CMS).
  • Database Maintenance – Performed database syncs and record manipulation to accurately reflect the data.

  • Web Strategist – Work with clients to discuss their business needs and implement appropriate solutions that allow them to manage their own website and market their business on the web and via email. Training and ongoing maintenance agreements provided. The majority of projects use WordPress for ease of use and minimal software requirements/training for clients.
