Managed volunteers’ use of laptops and custom registration website. Diagnosed and repaired wired/wireless LAN connections and quick solutions for hotel interferences.
- Webmaster: avonwalk.org and needforspeedrelay.org – Supported 10,000+ end-users’ use of the website as a fundraising tool, with 80% of the $15M raised annually coming through online donations. Responded to website customer service in a timely manner. Implemented annual site re-design and new event websites using Content Management System (CMS).
- Database Maintenance – Performed database syncs and record manipulation to accurately reflect the data.
